A: Each plan includes regular home inspections, a set number of service hours, materials up to your tier's allowance, and detailed reporting. Higher tiers include more hours, faster response times, and additional services.

Q: Do you handle emergency repairs?
A: Yes! We offer emergency services for safety hazards and urgent repairs. Response times vary by subscription tier, with Premium clients getting same-day service during business hours.

Q: What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
A: Additional hours are billed at your tier's reduced rate. Standard and Premium subscribers can also bank unused hours for future use, giving you flexibility for larger projects.

Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Absolutely. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation. We're licensed for non-electrical, non-plumbing handyman services and refer licensed work to trusted partners.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
A: Yes, either party can cancel with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Unused service hours expire upon cancellation.

Q: What's not included in the subscription?
A: Licensed work requiring permits, major appliance repairs, and materials over your tier's monthly allowance are billed separately.
